Terms & Conditions

Florida Sales Tax
6% Florida Sales Tax is applicable to all Food, Beverage, Service and Miscellaneous charges.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

*A 50% Deposit of the total agreed upon contract or a Credit Card Number is Required to Reserve our Catering Service.
*Cancellations must be made 5 working days before the event and the deposit will be 100% refundable.
*Cancellation of this Contract 90 day or more before the Event, Client will not be held responsible for any fees. If Client requests cancellation 14-89 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 20 percent of the Estimated Total Costs. Caterer shall be entitled to 80 percent of the Estimated Total Cost for any cancellation thereafter. Any balance will be payable upon the notice of cancellation.

Payment Terms

*Full Payment is due the day of your event.
*Some Events may have additional charges added to them which will be billed separately from the original agreed upon contract.
*Direct Billing can be set up only upon written or verbal agreement between Catering By Maestro and Client and terms are Net 30 days.
*If payment is not received after 30 days then interest and penalties apply and client will be held accountable for recovery costs through a collection agency or solicitor.


A final guaranteed guest count is required 5 working days prior to your event. Client can increase the guest account up to 24 hours before an event. The additional costs of the guest will be added to client’s invoice and is also due the day of the event.
